Order confirmations emails working for customer but not for admin

Hi,

When a customer places an order he does receive all confirmations fine but the admin does not. I have the mailalerts module installed and confgured but it is still not working. Where should I be looking to solve the pb (mails are not in spam either)

Hello ptityop,

 

  1) Your Server have any spam content ?

 

                 You check your Spam folder Mail

   2) Check Your Admin Mail Id

   3)  go to Advanced Parameters -> E-mail. sent test mail

Check mailalerts folder there should be email templates, maybe you don't have them for your language or they are empty files.
