Differences between Opera, Firefox

I've a trouble with my Presta theme. In my opinion it's not about CSS.

I get the same result in both Firefox and Opera :

Thanks, I've cleaned cache and it's all like in Firefox but... how to achieve effect like in "old" Opera. I woudl like this information boxes and "No Image" pictures. Why it's not generated?
