Custom field in address tab

Hello.

 

I'm trying Prestashop 1.7, I'm looking for a component to be able to customize the Addresses tab, I would like to submit a choice between private and VAT (a radio button).

 

If the user selects private must be present: first name, last name, Tax ID, etc ...

 

If the user selects VAT must be present: company name, VAT number, Tax ID, etc ...

 

I did search and tried a few different component, I have found that give me the opportunity to enter the choice between private or VAT, but if the user selects a private It can not hide the business name field and VAT.

 

Someone knows a module that will work for me?
