Zoom shows product summary and not product caption

In PS 1.7, zooming into product image shows product summary, and not the image caption. Does anyone know how I can fix it so it shows caption instead of summary?

Are other people seeing captions instead of summaries? If so, I can try tracking down the cause. Anyone care to test?

I can confirm this issue, but I think it's by design. The caption is displayed when hovering over the image and the short description is displayed below the image.

Thanks, Rocky. I think you are right. I did log a bug (not marked as designed so far), but will change it to a feature request as the "design" hasn't been thought through. By that I mean, customers are clicking on the image to see it so should be informed by seeing a caption without waiting for it to appear when mousing over it, or expected to know they need to mouse over it (hidden feature) to see it.

 

I ONLY saw the captions now because you pointed it out, and I waited for it to appear. What I was doing previously was clicking on an image, then each thumbnail. If you keep your mouse pointer over a thumbnail, caption doesn't appear. So, you can click through, say, six thumbnails without once seeing the caption.
