Wrong behaviour of blocklayered filter

Hi guys, i got a problem with the filter of products in my shop.

 

If i select the number of products of a specific type of shoes present in the store (for example Decolletè) , the filter shows as result the total of 23 products.

 

The products on the row "not available" are 2, but if i check this option instead of "available" , the result of the total products not available is 19 instead of 2.

 

I did some test in my db and the right numbers of products are that one showed at the beginning, in this case 23 available and 2 not avilable.

 

Can you help me?

It's hard to build a conclusion based on what a normal user can see. I suggest contacting a developer to debug the module.
