Duplicate Products

Hello prestashopers,

 

There are times when my products duplicate themselves, but only on the web, not in the backoffice. My solution is to duplicate them (in backoffice), delete the originals and use the new ones, only this way the duplicates are deleted on the web.

I do not think this is a good solution. I have heard that it is a tax problem, but I only use the ones that were already created.

 

Somebody could help me?

This Spanish forum post is four years old. What Prestashop version are you using?

Prestashop 1.6.1.8

 

Now they have doubled again, it seems that when making a purchase have doubled two products.
Same as delete them because I will be generated again on the web with duplicate ids.

Could someone help me?

The problem was "blockbestsellers" module. Sorry and thank you for helping me.
