e30_dk
Payment module is not installed - yes it is! I installed payment module "Bank Transfer v1.1.2 - by PrestaShop" but by purchase you get the following message: There Are No payment modules. That is not correct. I just checked the setup with another of my netshops and they are identical so I do not understand why the new here is not working. What's wrong? and how do I get it fixed? rocky
Check the Modules > Payment tab and make sure the "Bank Transfer" module is ticked for the customer's currency, group and country.

bellini13
And did you confirm the modules restrictions as Rocky pointed out? Or did you just ignore his reply?
e30_dk
I never ignore a response, but the condition that I understand what is meant! I have 3 Prestashops - 2 of them are about 3 years old and the last, I am not finished configuring. I have checked the module bank transfer in all three netshops are identical and the same applies to the customer's currency, group and country.
