Order recovery and max download reset tools - FOR 1.6.1.11 (THIS MAY WORK FOR OTHER VERSIONS BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO TEST IT)

 

Form 1

Sometimes a customer pays but the paypal handshake is not validated and the order is not created.

Just use the default method to create a order for the customer. Then use this tool to add the paypal 

transaction number and date/time. This will update the payment info and the Paypal transaction details.

This will allow refunds and keep the order accurate with the paypal payment information.

 

Form 2

This form will allow you to change the max download limit for digital stores using the order reference number and the max

download limit can be set back to zero or any number. Once the limit is reached there is no way to change the value unless you

go into the database. So this tool is very handy since this should be a default option in Prestashop.
