Volume Discount with Group

So the problem I am having is when group customers view a product the volume discounts don't show up correctly.

In this example list price is $7.00, the sell price for under 100 is $4.20, if they purchase 100+ the price should be $2.40. We give a $3.00 discount off list then the group discount is added to that but it doesnt display right in the volume discounts. I have been looking at the product.tpl in the theme but cant seem to fix the problem.
