TOSch
Hi, The situation is the following: - Prestashop 1.6.0.14 - No advanced stock in use - No product combinations (just single products) - We deleted the cache, deactivated it and all the other smarty functions when we made changes in the BO - Warehouse template in use At the beginning we fixed the avaible stock for one product at 100 units. The 100 units are constantly stable in the stock even after more than thousands of sales of this product. For every other product in the shop the stock is scaled down at each unit sold, but not for this single product. When we try to add units to this 100 units, the BO shows us "changes saved" but the quantity is still 100. This would not be a problem if sometimes (randomly) some clients can put this specific product in the shopping cart, they can initialize the checkout process, but when it comes to accept the general terms and select the payment method, the shop shows them an error message and tells them that this specific product cannot be bought, because the quantity available in stock is not enough (even if at this moment the BO and the front end shows constantly 100 units in stock). Screenshots are annexed. We cannot explain this and it's hurting our business since we cannot know how many clients are facing this problem! Your help would be very appreciated! Many thanks for your answers Edited March 1, 2017 by TOSch (see edit history)
