Joelrush Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 Despite multiple attempts to speak to HostJars through their ZenDesk support system an issue we have has not been resolved or responded to despite paying up front. Every now and then i get a response thanking me for my patience and a promise that if they don't complete the work we will get a refund. As yet we have had neither. This has been going on since June 2016 (8 months) and i think we have been patient enough. If host jars cant provide the service they have been paid for they should refund immediately. It was a mistake trusting HostJars it seems. If anybody else is in communication with anyone from HostJars give them a shout for me.
