Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com ". I also am unable to create a sandbox merchant account in the PayPal please help me . bellini13 Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 it sounds like you have not properly configured the module. did you use a valid email address and/or paypal account when you configured the module? also, are you trying to pay yourself when you create a test order?
