delta37 Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 I know this topic has been around so many times and I tried finding a solution w/c worked for almost a year and then now suddenly it's not working. So here's the situation... My shipping rates are for my local country only which is Philippines. Our Provinces (or States) are separated by different zones with different shipping rates. So I have a setup like this: Philippines -> Zone: Asia Capital -> Zone: Metro Manila Northern Island -> Zone: Luzon Middle Island -> Zone: VisayasSouthern Island -> Zone: Mindanao Carrier Setting: Metro Manila - 80 Luzon - 120 Visayas/Mindanao - 150 So for the longest time this was working fine until today. Error is the usual "No shipping available to your zone" So I figured it must be the "Philippine -> Zone: Asia" that's creating this error w/c indeed was. Since Asia zone is unchecked on my Carrier then it's spitting out the error above. So I am confused right now how I was able to have this set up working for so long then suddenly today not anymore. I don't how to fix this. Is there a way for Presta to validate the "States'" zone instead of the Country's zone? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
