Manual update to 1.3.1 - questions

Hi all,

I upgraded to 1.3.1 manually because I didn't want to risk doing it in bulk (because I have made so many mods to my site).

Everything went perfectly, however I have two questions:

1) Are the security updates all there are in 1.3.1? If I follow the manual instructions, is that 100% of what was included in the regular update?

2) How do I get rid of the back office message "New PrestaShop version avalaible"?
