FELINA
Hi, I already installed several times my shop (atodafiesta.com) according the migration instructions but I still have this problem. In the backoffice access, my password is useless and it appears the following: There is 1 error. The Employee does not exist, or the password provided is incorrect I never change the password of my store. What can I do, also I can not recovered it and I don't know why. Please, help me
hailong
If you are on Prestashop 1.6, it uses the "_COOKIE_KEY_" setting in /config/settings.inc.php to encrypt/decrypt the password hash in DB. So your problem was probably due to the value was changed or refreshed. Try to find the old value, and revert it back. Not sure if 1.7 has the same thing, didn't read the code yet. jorgerg
The best and fastest option is to generate a new password at your backoffice login page: domain.com/adminxxx

I had the same problem but i think that i solved it by clearing cache browser and cookies
