Update prestashop 1.7.0.1 manually.

I need to manually update PS 1.7.0.1. I need some tutorial.

 

It does not work 1-Click Upgrade. I get the following error:

I don't think there are manual ways anymore. However, if the db structure is the same you can try keeping the app\config\parameters.php file somewhere else, replace all files, put this one back and see if it works. Keep a backup of course. There is no need to move over the install folder. Also make sure you rename the new admin like the old one

I just yesterday manually upgraded from 1.7.4.2 to 1.7.6.1 without big issues. I would not be that scared,...
