Karolina.herbarium
Hi Some of my items on my online shop are small enough so I can send them by Royal Mail Large Letter. Max size for large letter is 35x25x2.5cm and max weight is 750g. One of my items is 17x8x2cm (weight is 60g). Calculation shows me I can fit up to 6 of them inside Royal Mail Large Letter but Prestashop counts their weight only so in that specific example Presta thinks I can fit 12 items (12x60g=720g < 750g) which is not right. Is there any chance to fix it so Prestashop starts checking total dimensions too, not only total weight?
Daresh
A tip: you don't need to enter the actual weight of the product. On many stores I often use some changed values of weight so that the correct number of products fits into the box.
Karolina.herbarium
It doesn't work for me. If I remove product weight, Prestashop doesn't know what prize range should it use (Royal Mail Large Letter has 4 ranges - 0-100g, 101-250g, 251-500g, 501-750g) and then add all the products into the first range. For example: I can order 5 items without product weight (300g in total) but Presta picks 1st range (0-100g) which is also the cheapest. Any other ideas? Maybe some modules?
