Prestashop 1.7.0.4 " Cannot get catalog data, ..."

I downloaded and installed prestashop 1.7.0.4 it was working fine for about 2 days  until i cleared the cache and then I received this error message when attempting to access modules"

 

" Cannot get catalog data, please try again later. Reason: Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache "

 

This Problem was first identified in November this is February, why have all subsequent versions not include a fix to this problem.  What is the official fix from Prestashop?
