[1.7.0.4] - Some issues with PrestaShop / Cart and Quick Look button not working

Hello there, I'm new to PrestaShop and I'd like some help to solve some issues I have with my website

 

I've tried to setup PS locally before chosing a web host. I've succesfully created a simple shop and made it work without any issues.

Then I chose OVH and their offer wich give me acces to an already functionning website.
I've then populated it with all my products, and I discovered the "Add to cart" button on the product page was not working, the cart stayed empty and the pop-up window confirming I added a product dod not show, and que "Quick Preview" too is not working (their were both working on my local installation of PS.

 

 

 

 

To fix these issues I've tried force updating PS with the 1-click updater with no luck

If you have no idea how to fix it, could you guide me to backup and restore my work and I'll do a clean installation of PS ... It's not my favorite option but if it needs to come to that I'd like to keep my work

 

Also (A little less important) Is there any doc about image size and ratio for the classic theme in PS 1.7, I only found one but for PS 1.6
