Import attributes via csv file

i'm building a shop for selling embroidery threads and accessories

One thread type is in 350 colors.
I think the best way is to make af groupe for each thread type, in this all color attributes is set.

I can't figure out how to import the into the groupe.

I make a groupe called Rayon40
in this there should be attributes color nr. example. 1000, 1001, 1324, 1224
If possible image link for colorpicker aswell

my csv file

contains this
Rayon40;1000
Rayon40;1001
etc...

When I import the attributes will be placed in the root where the groupe Rayon40
