Endless loop from PHP script index.php claims my hosting provider

Hi,

has anybody encountered this issue before? The hosting provider of where prestashop is installed is claiming that we have a php script running that goes to endless loop, or that it just stays open without ending, meaning they see on the server a script running and using resources for days and days.

The only thing we have changed is the php version since the problem has started, we have written no extra php and most of the moudles are really common.

Here's what they sent me to identify the process with the problem but wouldn't know how!

Time:         Wed Feb  1 11:01:15 2017 +0100
Account:      xxxxx (leaving it out on purpose)
Resource:     Process Time
Exceeded:     439571 > 1800 (seconds)
Executable:
/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php-cgi
Command Line:
/opt/cpanel/ea-php56/root/usr/bin/php-cgi
/home/xxxxx/public_html/c/index.php
PID:          17140 (Parent PID:25621)
Killed:       No

Any help appreciated many thanks

Mat
