Modules and Services tab not workng, HELP!

​Hi

​I'm trying to set up my shop for the first time. On the Prestashop user guide, it says that I should do the following to clean up the demo catalogue in my shop:

1. Go to the "Modules > Modules" page.
2. Find the "Database Cleaner" module and click its "Install" button.
3. You are directly taken to its configuration page (if not, click its "Configuration" button).
4. Read and accept the warning, then click the "Delete Catalog" button: it will delete all your products and their attributes, manufacturers, etc.
5. Read and accept the warning, then click the "Delete Orders & Customers" button: it will delete all your customers and their orders, carts, etc.
6. Click the "Check & fix" button to refine your database integrity constraints.
7. Click the "Clean & optimize" button to reorganizes the physical storage of table data and associated index data, to reduce storage space and improve I/O efficiency when accessing the tables.
8. THERE IS NO WAY BACK. Be sure to only click these buttons if you do intend to wipe your database from its default content.

 
I am stuck on Step 1 (!!!): when I click on the "Modules and Services" tab in my back office menu, I get the following message:

 

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/web/htdocs/www.prematuriamo.it/home/modules/blockreassurance/blockreassurance.php:
Interface 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Module\WidgetInterface' not found

 

Does anybody have any idea about what I should do, please?

Rename folder /modules/blockreassurance/ or upload it again from a fresh install.

Sorry, I don't understand. What should I rename, and how should I rename it please?

You need to access to your server via FTP and change the name of the folder /modules/blockreassurance/ to /modules/blockreassurance_/ for example.
