Invoice is not attached anymore to the order_conf email anymore

I was changing some code in the Cashondelivery module.. and now the Invoice is not attached anymore to the email.

 

Some1 got some pointers where to look?

Okay found it!

 

Have overwritten the root/modules/cashondelivery directory with a working installation of prestashop

Really strange 2 orders with invoice? And now not anymore..

 

No one has experience with this behavior od prestashop?

 

 

Found something in the database:

 

When I set a number in the table: ps_orders in: invoice_number the invoice is there.

 

How come that the order will not set a number here?

Anyone?
