How to add more than one attribute category and still impact prices?

I have created 3 attribute categories: Prints with different sizes; Framed Prints with different sizes; and Frame Types with two choices.

 

When I add one category to combinations (see attached screenshot), I can set one combination as the default and then impact the price for the others. So far so good. However, when I add the second category, prices remain at default for it and don't change.

 

Will the option only work with one attributes category? I actually need three: print, print framed, and frame type.

 

Anyone know how to do this or if this is a known issue or a limitation of the feature?

 

Prestashop 1.7 (latest).
