Extra shipping cost MUST override free shipping over X amount

Hello, i have a problem with shipping cost and i can't find a solution.

I ask your help!

 

I have set up standard shipping cost for 7.5€.

If cart exceed 200€ shipping cost become free.

 

But i have different products that need have shipping cost independent from limit.

If cart exceed 200€ but inside a cart there is one of this products (that have other shipping cost) i need cart calculate this "optional" shipping cost for all the cart.

If is possibile, i have 2 or 3 products that have this additional shipping cost in the cart, thecart must calculate only one time this "optional" shipping cost.

 

EveryOne can help me? 

I hope to have explain clearly situation.
