Problems with Categories

Hi guys,

 

I have a small problem with my Categories module and Manufacturers.

I don't know why but i can't seem to get all my categories in the Top Left Module selector. 

When i go to "CS Categories Block" > Configure > Display/Hide Block on Homepage > ON (see image)

Then all my Categories are visible and where they should be... but when it's OFF to have a dropdown menu... it's screwed up. (you can test on the site and compare).

 

Same thing for the Manufacturers. I have Manufacturers (Mega Block, Fisher-Price and others...) that aren't displayed in the Manufacturers dropdown menu.

 

Can someone please help me?
