after upgrade to 1.6.1.11 - blank screen in web and back office

help !! 

 

after upgrading to 1.6.1.11 from 1.6.1.10 - i'm getting blank screen in my website and in my back office.(after login)

I've tried to put true in my config file - not getting any error 

I've deleted "class_index.php" in my cache folder - nothing
