Custom-made module

Hello,

I have a Prestashop 1.6 online shop that works pretty well.
I have already installed, configure modules under Prestashop etc... but I can't develop its modules myself.

Indeed, I have a project to create a solution (a module maybe) on my shop.

The goal is quite simple (somehow): it permits to the customer to select a product from my site, allow him to answer a sort of questionnaire to "transform" the product, and finally, encrypt with a price and create an order in my BO.

I would like to create this in a CMS page for example and when the customer has completed all the informations, I integrate the order in his cart.

The product will remain in the same outline as Prestashop, we start from a basic product and we just add customization info.

But now, where I'm stuck, is that I certainly don't have enough skills in Prestashop to do this (I know HTML/CSS/PHP and JS a little)...

Where could I find tools to do it all ? How to integrate PHP code on a CMS page, instructions to integrate the product into the cart etc...

The documentation of prestashop is sufficient on it.
