installation sur infomaniak

Bonsoir tous le monde , 

j'aurai aimer savoir qui pourrez m'aider à installer prestashop sur mon hébergeur infomaniak ?  j'ai tenter de suivre des tutos mais rien à faire quand on est pas douée on est pas douée   j'ai passé la journée dessus et la je sature totalement
