How to set a minimum purchase from referral program

Hi,
I wanna ask regarding referral program.

 

I have noticed that there is no way to set a minimum purchase for using voucher. But I really need to set this parameter.

 

I offer a fixed discount on cart, so I need that the cart amount > fixed discount.

 

In Tab Payment -> Voucher I can edit any single voucher and set a minimum purchase order.

 

I found and old topic that solved this problem, but was for a 1.2.5 and 1.3 version of PrestaShop:

​My Prestashop version is 1.6.0.10 and I'm usign "Customer Referral Program"​ (default free by PrestaShop)
