Andreas
I am on to install and configure Google Analytics. As goal I entered the target page url "/order-confirmation.php"Although there were orders after that it did not show any conversions on my GA account and I coundn't find "order-confirmation.php among Top-Websites eighter. Do I have to enter something elso as target page url?
Paul C
Which payment option did you use for your test?Any that leave your site to complete payment will break the chain, so it won't be able to match up the pages prior to leaving the site, with the ones on return (after payment has been made). In addition; for certain payment options; the order-confirmation page is never displayed, but instead the customer is redirected to a list of their orders.Paul
Andreas
Thanks for the quick reply! I installed the COD module which I renamed to invoice. If I go through the order process by myself the last page right after I press the confirm button is "history.php"Maybe I should set this one as target url then?. I am aware that the conversion rate might be to high with "hirstory.php" but mainly I like to know if the AdWords I pay for will leed to orders. Do you think it would work like this?
