kavenaghi
Hi everyone, I have a strange problem with order_conf.html template mail after upgrade from 1.5.6.2 to 1.6.1.4. Before upgrading the template mail was fine but after the upgrade to 1.6.1.4 a problem occurs with {products} variable - the ordered products no longer appears in the e-mail that customers receive. (Please see the attached photo) Anyone with ideas how to fix this?

kavenaghi
I found that in PaymentModule.php file (directory root/classes/) there is a difference for the value '{products}': File from Prestashop 1.5.6.2: '{products}' => $this->formatProductAndVoucherForEmail($products_list), File from Prestashop 1.6.1.4: '{products}' => $product_list_html, I tried with the line from the older 1.5.6.2 version, but still not working. I have another Prestashop installation version 1.6.1.4 (not upgraded from 1.5.6.2) and there is working fine. But in my main store after upgrade from 1.5.6.2 to 1.6.1.4 my customers receive new order mails with empty table for the ordered products. Please any help! Tameroski
Did you find an answer ? Got the same issue with a fresh 1.6.1.11 install ... Edited March 30, 2017 by Tameroski (see edit history)
Tameroski
Nevermind, i found the solution. Just copy missing files from mails/en to mails/fr (or whatever language) See http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCSX-2450
