WebService POST Apostrophe

Bonjour à tous, 
 
J'ai un souci sur l'envoi d'un formulaire en POST via le webservice et la gestion des apostrophes. 
 
A la réception du mon post, l'encodage de l'apostrophe (') n'est pas retranscrit et inséré en db tel quel (%27)
 
J'ai temporairement fixé en retransformant le caractère au niveau du webservice, mais ce n'est pas pleinement satisfaisant.
 
Avez vous des pistes sur la bonne façon de faire ?
