Display message after entering customization

Hi, i'm using ps 1.6.0.11 and i have a question.

Some product must be customized, for example a white t-shirt can be customized by adding different pictures or writing sentences.

Now, when my customers add this i would like to show them a message like: "your product is ready for order, add it to cart".

Is there a way for doing something like this?
