Different catalogs for each user group

Hello, I need to know if it's possible to do these modifications without use external modules.

1) Allow the user to choose for himself the group in the registration area (if he is a company or a private).
2) Create different catalogs:
- Private should see the full price.
-  Company should see the price multiplied by 0.45.

3) In the final checkout, the private pays the full price while to the company is added a tax of 22% to the final price.

I found this module to add taxes only for a group. Do you think this could be a solution or it has nothing to do with my problem?
