logo position and contact us link. Bug?

Hello,

 

I am using prestashop download 1.7.0.4. From the beginning, my logo is oddly placed and a contact us link is also oddly place. I have attached a print screen. Is this normal ?

 

Also I am trying to change that but I cannot find any help on that as all the answers are for previous version and dont seem to apply.

 

Can anybody answer this ?

its not default way of how these things appear in classic theme

you changed some "position" things? or some code?

can you share an url please?
