Can't remove carriers from warehouse?

Hi, been trying to install a local freight module for the Swedish market which has been causing a bit of a hassle for me. 

 

I use advanced stock management since I plan on having a good deal of products in the end. However, adding the module-generated carrier option in my only warehouse I've noticed something rather odd : I can't remove it again. Selecting it and moving it from the right side list, "selected" and clicking the save button does nothing. It's still there the next time I look at the warehouse entry? 

 

Using PS 1.6.1.11, problem persistent since .10. Not having any carrier selected in the warehouse should default to "all carriers" but if there's nothing there my checkout doesn't give any transport options.

 

Thanks in advance for any help, I need to sort this in order for me to secure a contract with a distributor shortly.
