Bosnian characters

Hello,

I've got two problems with bosnian, serbian and croatian characters (č, ć, ž, đ, š).

First is that i cannot import csv file with these characters.
Second is about PDF invoice, i got only "?" insted of mantioned characters. (attachment)

Does anybody have any solution for these problems?
