Can PrestaShop do it?

How are you today hope the answer is GOOD, Well as for me i am ok. Just wondering if PrestaShop can do what this site does. che it out at http://tkprinting.com pay attention to the right column where all the options are and feel free to change it so you can see what I mean. can PrestaShop do it? every time you change a an option price change to compensate, the most important part is when at the end of the process when you choose to Shrink Wrap if the amount of the quantity changes also the other options change with it.

As it stands at present it can not do what the other website does, can it be made to do it yes with modding and creation of a module. It is basicaly a filter system where you assign attributes as well. This within the scope of prestashop, however you would need a developer to do it for you.
