systemsettings do not load

Hi,

 

I run Presta 16.1.10 on a VServer with enough resource.

 

Since a couple of days I cannot load the systemsettings anymore, the page is loading but nothing is coming.

 

I found an error on module "gamification" so I deleted the module.

Raised the available memory (PHP) to 512 Mb, put the max-input-vars on 8000, max-execution time on 180.

 

I get an internal server error with no specifications.

 

What is wrong? Where should I start searching?
