Superfish menu activates after scroll

Hello, I have issue with Superfish menu, probably edited by theme developer. 

 

The problem is on mobile version of site, when I try to activate dropdown it doesn't work if I don't change resolution or scroll down few pixels.

 

On other pages, like product, cms and similar it works normally. I've tried like 50 things to make it work on frontpage, without luck.
