Delivery Module depends on the Area

Hi,

 

I am working on a restaurant which offer a home delivery with fixed charges depending on the Area . for example 

 

Area 1 (nearby) : 3$

Area 2 (far) : 5 $

Area 3 (very far) : No delivery

 

All the branches are located in the same city . any one can help ( I ma looking for a module which I can install and use in my shop).

 

Appropriating any feedback on this .

You'll need a module if you want to make the store automatically set the shipping cost according to the area the customer's in, or the distance they are from the restaurant.

 

The PrestaShop market place has a few modules that look like they'd do this for you.

Thank you for your reply.  I have only one carrier but the shipment price has to be chnaged depends on the area (the delivery has to be within the same city) .. I didn't find any of teh modules doing this while I believe that this is typical resturant delievery method .

Can you define the area using the zip code?

If you want to define your own areas within a city then you'll need a custom module so that customers can select which area they're in.
