ebay module sync orders

I have a query regarding the synchronizing or orders on ebay. I only want the synchronizing to be done manually.

 

Is it possible to stop the prestashop ebay module from automatically retrieving orders from eBay every 30 minutes?

 

In the advanced settings I can choose CRON task. If I choose this option but never run this cron job will the orders never be syncronized automatically?

Hi.

 

If you choose the cron task, but you dont configure the cron on your hosting, the orders will not be synchronized unless you do it manually

Thought that would be the case but wanted clarification.
