Unusual invoice values behavior

Had a customer order some products they opted for the Premium Saturday delivery shipping option which is an additional £9.00,  the customer went through the payment process using WorldPay.

 

The back office reported the sale as value of goods plus shipping yet only charged the customer the value of the goods ?

 

So in effect £9.00  short  but  made 2 payment entries in the back office,  this has blown me away a little as I can't for the life of me understand how or why.

 

Anyone else had this issue

 

Im using PS version 1.6.0.14
