div row background problem

Hello.Used resize images and after that my category became white.Where i can change that?global.css have nothing it some

of bootstrap script?On the front page same div row cant edit as well

edit background-color in 

global.scss _scaffolding.scss nothing changes 

 

Solved, style was in .tpl BUT WHY? What script overwrite the lines in .tpl not css?
