How do I remove an entire category of VISA payment products?

From our Bank, we got the call that you can't we sell to our site "NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTS". This is at the request of the VISA organization.

 

My question is:

How can I limit the products in this category cannot be ordered with a debit/credit card?

The will be related to the payment module you are using.

you may need to make some custom changes to the payment module so that it will not appear when shopping cart contains products from category "NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTS".

Further my previous post, you can add some code in payment module HookDisplayPayment() method to check the products in shopping cart.
