Looking for Newsletter Module (Free/Paid) for two lists, both subscribe buttons placed on frontpage

We need to manage two newsletter lists.

 

We need to be able to detect from back office, whether the user has subscribed from the upper link or from the lower link. The reason being, we want to offer different incentives. For example, if the user uses the upper link, then the user gets subscribed to newsletter "A", and gets a free ebook.

But if the user goes to the other link and subscribes to a newsletter from that link, then he gets Newsletter "B" and he does not get a free ebook, rather he gets a 5€ discount coupon.

So we need to be able to see in the back office, which link the user used to subscribe. Basically, the different "Subscribe" buttons are two different circles of newsletters.
