Can't remove fields from customer address

So i tried to remove some fileds from customer address form, sepcifically both phone numbers. I have set them not to be required in Preferences > Clients, but when I remove them from Adress Format filed in Localization > Countries and add address as a customer they are not removed, but intead they are positioned at the bottom of the list of fields. This happens only with phone numbers, when I remove any other field it just disappears. Do you know what I might be doing wrong or how to fix this?

These fields are in 2 or 3 sections of the address file, you need comment all the blocks where appear, not only one.

What do you mean by the address file? I removed them in this text field where they are added as a text from the menu on the right side.

I mean that, disabling it in the Address Format will not remove in the form, in fact, there are some fields that are required and can't be disabled easily because can't be as null in the database, but the phone number is possible, to achieve this you need turn off also the option "Phone number is mandatory" on BO > Preferences > Customers

 

But I will repeat, if you need keep this fields hidden, you will need comment it, remove it or hide it trough CSS
