JonathanFontes
Hello, I'm new here at forum but i need urge help because something happend on my store which put my cart always empty. The store is https://www.fofosidade.com, i think the problem is related with cookie but i don't sure. For example, when i add a product to the cart, all seem to be fine, but when i reload the page ou when i click on checkout the cart is empty. The cart row in database is created, but i think the system miss the relation. I already try to test change ajax checkout for "no", but keep the problem unsolved. I read on many post here on forum problem related to mine, but none of the solution solve my problem. Any hint or anything can give me some options? Best Regards, Jonathan Fontes

JonathanFontes
Hello, I'm manage to resolve my own issue, i will post here what was my solution, as simples as "geolocations" was active but the file "http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz" isn't on my server. This occurred only when i make a upgrade from prestashop 1.6.1.9 to 1.6.1.10, the file was delete and can't be put again. Thanks to Vilius PromoApranga to reply
kdmonk1
I solved my problem. If you are in maintenance mode then you can't reach checkout as well. Once I activated the website, I was able to make to the cart.
