I know we could find some in the Prestashop marketplace but they're quite expensive (I saw a module at 200$). I can't believe, as this platform is an open-source, that we don't have access to a free Post Canada rates module. Your case is very specific, not a lot of sales can be made, but you need to spend a lot of time to make such module, this is way it is so expensive.
